Green Beans with Herbs and Feta

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the oil, 2 T mint, 1 T dill, 1 T lemon zest, and 1 T lemon juice. Season to taste, then toss the beans in the dressing.
  2. Plate, garnish with the remaining spices and feta, and serve.
